I've been to my local gp on monday 1st june, for body ache, temperatures ranging between 38.7 to 39.2. i've been on flu treatment since then, last night i took note that i picked up a horrible cough and a bit of a tight chest. please share your views?

COVID 19 screening: A COVID 19 screening test and an evaluation of your pulse oximetry, chest exam is indicated. If you have moderate COVID 19, a hospital stay and admission can be arranged by your GP. Stay hydrated, avoid over exertion, rest, take Tylenol for fever rather than Motrin. Watch for signs of shortness of breath, difficulty breathing and if these symptoms occur, proceed to the Emergency room.
