Chest Freeze: Been doing medicine now for 55 years and never heard of this term. But from what you tell me if is from sleeping in front of the air conditioner. To stop it I would not sleep in front of the AC. As I would assume that is the cause. But really need better description of exactly what your symptoms are when "frozen" and. Some get cold induced asthma and get SOB and wheeze. Discuss with your Dr.
