I am officially 7 days late from my period. i took a pregnancy test on monday, 5/31, was negative. unbelievably painful lower abdominal cramping, nausea, headaches, food aversions, fatigue. brown very light spotting for 7 days. do i test again?

HPT: The brown spotting might be old blood being cleaned from the uterus. It could be a very light period. Would recommend repeating the home pregnancy test again.
