Vaginal Bleeding: There are many reasons for irregular vaginal spotting. There may be an endometrial polyp, submucosal fibroid, hormone imbalance, infection or low dose OCP. The spotting should decrease as you continue to take the active pill. Start a menstrual calendar (get an app). Track your cycle for 3 months and review with obgyn for workup. Take OCP same time +/- 1 hour difference every day. Hope this helps.
