Little or no risk: There have been few if any cases of HIV acquired from bites. It's a theoretical but extremely rare risk, and for sure no risk with your skin unbroken and no bleeding. And if the child is on anti-HIV drugs with well controlled infection, there would be little or no risk even with a severe bite with bleeding. However, if you remain concerned, consider have an HIV test in a few weeks for reassurance.
