Can a cyst on your ovaries cause you to have more than one period in a month and have pain when you normally don't have pain when on your period?

Pain possible: Pain during your period or even in the middle during ovulation, can be caused by an ovarian cyst and is common. Ovarian cysts generally don’t cause more than 1 period in a month, but that can happen without a cyst. If this continues, please discuss with your doctor for further advice and evaluation.
