On 2-18-20 i started duloxetine 20mg. 4-6-20, the dose was increased to 30mg. 5-20-20, my pcp believed the adverse effects were outweighing benefits so we began to taper it, and i have been having intermittent periods of nausea, severe fatigue, weak?

Duloxetine: Talk to your doctor about possibly slowing your taper. Withdrawal symptoms can include: headaches, nightmares, fatigue, irritability, anxiety, nausea, vomiting & insomnia.
