I got pregnant november of 2017 and had a missed carriage april of 2018. since then, whenever my period comes i bleed for days with lots of clots. sometimes for 21 days sometimes less but always over 7 days. what can be the cause?

Nor normal: A period that lasts for more than a week is not normal (especially if for 21 days). I encourage you to get an assessment by your gynecologist.
