No home remedy: There is no home remedy. If you want to be pregnant make sure your hyperthyroidism has been successfully treated by either antithyroid drugs or radioiodine. Fix the thyroid before you attempt to become pregnant. Hyperthyroidism reduces fertility, it's your body's way of telling you not to get pregnant at this time until it's fixed.
