Gonorrhea: The only possible way to get gonorrhea is by sex with an infected partner. If your bf is your only partner, he is (or was) infected and you caught it from him. He needs to be tested and should be treated for gonorrhea even if his test is negative. (The tests miss some infections.) Although almost all men have symptoms (discharge from penis, painful urination), a small percentage do not.
