Not necessarily: Piriformis Syndrome causes pain, tingling, or numbness in the buttocks and down the leg. It does not cause mild headaches or difficulty breathing. Sitting for long periods of time can compress the veins in the legs and cause reduced return of venous blood to the heart. This can cause your blood pressure to increase and cause mild headaches and difficulty breathing. Try sitting less/standing.
