Elbow rash: May be psoriasis or eczema. Topical hydrocortisone sometimes available over the counter may help. If it is psoriasis you sometimes need prescription medication. May also be poison ivy or other contact dermatitis or bites less common when both elbows. F/u/ w/ MD
