Vaginal discharge: Trichomonas could do this, but not very likely. There are plenty of other causes. Mentioning trichomonas suggests you may be concerned about STDs, and at your age, gonorrhea and chlamydia are common causes. Trichomonas: Trichomonas may be silent. Woman may have green/yellow/white or clear discharge & redness, itching, burning of tissues. Pain may occur w urination or w sex. If you have a new discharge - it is probably best to have it assessed.
