Get tested : If you believe you have COVID 19 the best thing is to stay away from other people. Young people with COIVD 19 are more likely to have unusual symptoms or no symptoms at all, I suggest that everyone wear a mask all the time when around others. Nasal congestion and shortness of breath can be from allergies, bacterial pneumonia, asthma. You can do a telemedicine visit
