Avoid pressure: It would be prudent to avoid putting pressure on that part of your skull. Unless you have had head trauma and feel a part of your skull actually moving, you should not worry. Applying pressure to your skull, especially in the temporal area can cause increased intracranial pressure which is not healthy.
