I'm experiencing an electrical painful feeling that shoots through my elbow and down my forearm and into my hand, it comes and goes but is happening quite often, for most of the day and sometimes my arm is not in use.

Ulnar nerve: It sounds like ur ulnar nerve (wh/ lies in the little groove in elbow (funny bone) has been irritated. Usually this happens when u rest that part of your elbow on a hard surface a lot. Get a thick padding like 4x4 gauze 3-4 in think, cover that groove, secure w/ elastic bandage. Keep on for several days and take an NSAID (ibuprofen) if not contraindicated for you, for 1-2 wks
