Frenulum breve: Frenulum breve, or short frenulum, is a condition in which the frenulum of the penis (an elastic band of tissuewhich connect the glans to the shaft of the penis on its underside) is too short and restricts the ability of the penis to straighten as well as makes it susceptible to microtrauma with bleeding or pain. See a Urologist who may suggest a simple Frenulectomy (cutting of this band)
