Clarification. type 2 diabetic here. ive had sti testing and was negative. my simple question is if indeed having pain in genital area without any lesions then outside normal sti testing is there something that can cause it that cant be tested for?

Diabetes vs STD: Any uncontrolled diabetes can cause nerve damage and pain (type 1 or 2). Many STD's can also cause testicular pain (Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, HPV and Syphillis) Since you tested negative for STI's (G, C, S). That leaves only HPV (which is only tested by skin biopsy of a lesion) This still does not cover the extent of pain you described earlier. Best to see your Dr so that further analysis can be done.
