I have the following symptoms: pain in my testes especially on the left, the size of left testes get smaller than usual sometime and returns back, pains in testes when under a cold environment. semen leak out when i poop and when i sleep. what's this?

Urologist: I recommend consulting a urologist for evaluation and treatment. Semen leakage, testicular area discomfort may occur with epididymitis or prostate problems. Inflammation or pathology of the testicle itself is less likely.
