I have a 7 month old baby. shes on formula, nova lac it2. she seems to be constipated despite having 3/4 dirty diapers a day. however her poo is just pebbles. ?

Increase fluid: A drink of water in between feed may help. The baby seems to be extracting all the fluid is why there is less left in the bowel to push the stool out. You may also want to try pureed fruit by this age like banana.
