I haven't had my period since august 2019 (roughly 8 / 9 months) with no other symptoms. i do have insulin resistance, and i am not pregnant nor do i have pcos. should i be worried?

Can call Dr on video: A young adult woman in her 20's is usually fertile and having regular menstrual periods. If she does not have periods for most of a year, that is not normal. Her primary care doctor can do an evaluation, which may include a full exam and some lab tests.
