I have a very itchy rash. my dr said it's a viral infection. something like chicken pox. do i need to do the covid19 tests. i have the rash for about 4 days. went to see the dr a day ago. thank you?

Without seeing the rash, it would be difficult to know what it is, but it does not sound like it is related to COVID-19. However, if it continues or worsens, please have a recheck with your doctor or see a dermatologis.

After a viral infection, I always get a rash in the same locations on my body. Upper abs, neck, groin. It is not very itchy, very red, goes away.
