My head is aching from 8 months . it pains severely when i shake it or move it . what could be the reason?

Months = see doctor: Most people get a headache at some time, such as from colds, infections, lack of sleep, too much driving, long hours on the computer, stress at work, etc... Eight months is much too long. A bad or increasing headache, recurrent headache, weird headache or one that won't go away (as in this case) should be examined. A teen can write down the full story of his symptoms and show it to his doctor.
