Yes: Sx's can mimic a heart attack. See: https://news.harvard.edu/gazette/story/2020/04/covid-19s-consequences-for-the-heart/. The heart can become inflammed, it can become deprived of needed oxygen, there may be rhythm problems, it might not pump properly.
