Not necessarily : If you have been exposed, then chances are you are most likely positive. Most testing centers will only test people with symptoms even if they were exposed. The only place that I know that are testing people without symptoms is Los Angeles. I would assume that you are positive and tell anyone you were in contact with over the last 2 weeks to also isolate for 2 weeks to watch for any symptoms.
