BP difference: That is an abnormal amount of Bp difference in both arms. Firstly I would have your physician check your BP in both arms for accuracy. Your technique or monitor may be the problem. I won't be surprised if there's no significant difference. BP shouldn't vary by more than 10 units. If it does a type of arterial blockage in the arm with the lower reading should be investigated by a vascular surgeon.
