HBP pee sleep: Tell your Dr as knows you best. Many with HBP retain salt during the day and then have to pee it out at night. This is called nocturia. It is very common in HBP when too much aldosterone is made by the body and too much salt is taken. If due to the salt issue ask Dr if you can do DASH diet as it will often reverse this. Go to ww.nhlbi.nih.gov › health-topics › dash-eating-plan if Dr says yes.
