Spotting: 28yo female at 4weeks gestation complained of spotting for 15 days with some cramping. At this stage of pregnancy, spotting can be as a result of implantation. Kindly see your doctor for pelvic ultrasound with serial HCG until the fetal heart rate is identified. Start yourself on daily prenatal vitamin while waiting to see your doctor.
