Cycle ended on 5/12/14. took plan b on 5/13/14 & four days later i started spotting. it's been almost 2 weeks & i'm still cramping & bleeding...normal?

Not sure: If your menstrual period ended on 5/12/14 then there was no need for Plan B. If the period did not come, Plan B should have been taken after the episode of unprotected intercourse. You need a GYN exam to sort this out.
