Accidentally took two of my centrum womans multivitamins at once, was super distracted. will i be okay?

No worries: A person who takes one one-a-day multivitamin each day, and rarely takes two of them on the same day, will not notice any difference at all on the day she accidentally takes two. A rare extra daily vitamin is not noticeable by the human body.

Yes: Since multivitamins are usually safe and not effective, you will not be injured. But you should not be taking a multivitamin unless you are on a restricted diet, pregnant, or have a lab proven deficiency. Save your money, and buy a gym membership. Exercise is proven to help your health.
