Please advise if it's ok if men take womens centrum multivitamins?

Men have different health needs: Than women. The supplement for women's health that deals with hormonal balance is not the same as the ones used to support men's prostate health. On the other hand, many of the ingredients in centrum is too low to be effective in either sex. So, it may not matter. This also goes for many of the costco multivitamin formulations, unless it's from a reputable brand that has higher rda's.
