Is hirsuties papillaris genitalis or ppp treatable?

Not harmful: HSG or PPP are a condition that any male can develop and is not harmful physically. They are not related to STD's or cancer and so are rarely treated. If psychologically distressing, it is possible to have them removed by cryosurgery, laser surgery or radiosurgery, but these can result in complications. It is important not to try to remove them yourself as it can cause scarring.
