Hi dr. inarch last year i had benine cyst about 2cm removed from my scalp. it was done really well and i havent had any problems with it until about two days ago. its very red, painful and has a hole where puss is coming out of. what should i do?

Get checked: Sounds like area has gotten infected. Let your provider know about the problem. This will probably need to be seen and incised and drained.
