Make some changes: Don’t feel alone: many people stress eat! Try substituting a walk or some other form of physical activity for peering into the fridge or pantry. Keep snacks and junk food off the counters and replace with fresh fruits or nuts. Most importantly, try to isolate the source of your anxiety and deal with it, possibly through therapy and/or medication...if nothing changes, then nothing changes! Good luc
