No: Your baby needs more sleep. How do you put baby down for sleep? If asleep before in bed, he'll wake more frequently than if he falls asleep in bed, on his own. The environment where he falls asleep should be the same as the room you expect him to sleep in. Schedule a visit with your pediatrician to learn how to help your baby fall asleep, the sooner the better.
