Last month on3/22 i started a period it was brown no red blood at all, it lasted 2 &1/2 maybe 3 days top. then i was due to start my period april 17 and still nothing to this day. preg rest are neg. slight sharp pelvic pain that comes and goes ?

Irregular timing: of ovulation, is most likely the reason, delayed or absent ovulation will cause you to be late. Pregnancy sounds very unlikely. See your doctor for testing and treatment, to correct ovulation issues. This could be from PCOS, thyroid isssues, or hormone medications.
