Probably not: You should see your doctor about the heavy periods and fibroids. By and large fibroids cause fertility issues when they push into the cavity of the uterus. While in some cases surgical removal of the fibroids may help your fertility, usually the doctor will make you wait a minimum of 3 months (often longer) before being permitted to try to get pregnant. This will not get you pregnant sooner.

Fibroids: Fibroids can cause pressure, pain, bleeding, and/or difficulty getting or maintaining a pregnancy. You have some of these symptoms with the heavy bleeding and clotting. The symptoms relate to the location of the fibroids within the uterus. If you are trying to get pregnant, you should get some testing to address where these fibroids are located to improve your chance for success.
