So last night i farted from my vagina or so it seemed and it smelled a bit.. i've been having ongoing on and of pain down there for the last 6 months and currently waiting to be seen by gynae. is it a fistula? i've had none of the causes though

Gynecologist: Hello. It is difficult to know if it a fistula without a proper evaluation. It is a possibility though, among many other more common than a fistula, like an infection. I recommend you to visit your gynecologist as soon as possible, even if the symptoms disappear. I hope this helps.
