Let's talk: Whoever told you that "antibiotics are bad" did you a disservice. Despite the scare scenarios, they are reasonably safe and worth the small risk. Topical Clindamycin would be a reasonable next step for you and is basically without danger. You could try adding a retinoic acid derivative instead. If these fail, and you won't take oral tetracycline, it's right to accutane.
