Depo-provera: Sometimes it takes several months to resume your normal cycle after you’ve been on Depo Provera. It’s not uncommon to have scant or brownish periods at first. I seriously doubt if this is due to a pregnancy but I feel it would put your mind at ease if you did an over-the-counter pregnancy test.

All possible: Hormone changes from stopping Depo definitely can cause these symptoms, & you may indeed be about to have a period, but if you are sexually active a pregnancy is always possible, even a small chance with protected sex. You could do a home pregnancy test, & repeat in a week or so if no full period , & consult Dr on video chat or for office appt if ongoing issues
