A member asked:

How fast does stage 3 endometrial cancer spread?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Already spread: Endometrial cancer (EC) is surgically staged. By definition, a stage 3 EC has already spread outside of the uterus and may involve the membrane lining (serosa), the vagina, the tissue adjacent to the uterus (adnexa) and may include the ovaries and the tissue that separates the upper portion of the cervix from the bladder (parametrium).
