Preeclampsia: 29 yo female with question previous wound and preeclampsia. Since there is no timeline of your previous delivery, single/multiple or the route but I trust your wound here refer to cesarean section which have been more than 6 months. The most significant risk factors for preeclampsia are: Previous history of preeclampsia, Multiple gestation (i.e., pregnant with more than one baby). Good luck.
