Hi please help, i have a sharp pain on my left lower abdomen and it gets worse when i try to urinate. when i'm just sitting the pain is there and it feels like i need to urinate time and again. i am not sure what could be the problem, please advise.

Need ultrasound : Very often, a mass in the pelvic cavity can press on the bladder and make you feel like you need to pee all the time. It could be just a benign ovarian cyst but you need an ultrasound to find out. I recommend a transvaginal ultrasound. Given your age, I think it’s not going to be something scary but still you need the test.
