Menstrual syndrome: 31 yo female with perimenstrual syndrome. These syndrome usually start few days before menses and can last beyond the menses. The syndrome can comprise abdominal pain, bloating, nausea, and painful menses. The pelvic pain can sometimes radiate down to the thighs as well. Once there is no concern for pregnancy, you may ask your doctor for a trial of birth control pill and also naproxen.
