My husband is experiencing a whitish discharge & urethral pain after ejaculation, he has seen a urologist & gp before, taken oral antibiotics, symptoms get relieved but return after a long time,it's been going on for a few years now kindly assist?

Infection: Likely a chronic prostatitis. However, recurrent infection of some type possible. Given this has been going on for some time I would recommend another visit with the urologist.
