Hemorrhoids : If there is no associated diarrhea then statistically it is most likely due to internal hemorrhoids. If bleeding because severe or does not resolve shortly you should be seen by a physician.

Agree with Dr. E: See a doctor to get treated. Take multivitamins and iron supplement to prevent anemia from blood loss.
