I have been in organ failure before (2 years ago). the headache wont go away. i have been spotting for 12 days after my normal period. stools went from normal to yellow to white in the last 7 days. i am not sleeping. ?

A person in organ failure, such as liver failure, should already have several doctors, and her pain should be treated.
