Different organs: Many antihistamínics even tough they are selective for some receptors, they do not work on just a group of organs or systems, and these receptors are aviable on all the body and tissues, so it has different effects, principally they block the action of histamine, and one of the many effects is over glands that secreet water, sweat and fat, so that may cause dry skin in certain areas.
