No: These are viruses from 2 completely separate viral families. Immunity is specific to the strain of an infection. If the strains/viruses are closely related there might be some cross protection. These two are so different it would not be expected to provide any immunity at all.

I wish !!: As Dr. Ferguson stated in his response these viruses are completely different. One would not anticipate any cross immunity.
