Just do it: Even though you could already just make an appointment on your own and keep it a secret (it s your choice); i would advice you to discuss diet issues in general with them, and get them gradually involved in helping you. Usually parent s know when something is not quite right about their kid s eating habits and problems. You might be surprised how it s not such a big deal to get the help you need.
